We are seeking to recruit a new Recruitment Administrator on a 6 months fixed-term contract, within our busy Executive Recruitment and AoC Jobs teams, based in our London head office. Ideally we are looking for someone to start immediately, but are prepared to wait for the right candidate.

About the role

With your time split, you will be focused on helping both teams with a range of administrative duties including dealing with client and candidate enquires; posting and profiling of jobs on to job boards; as well as the preparation and organising recruitment documents for meetings and assessment centres.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have an excellent understanding of administrative and recruitment processes, be able to self-organise and prioritise tasks, whilst delivering to strict deadlines. You will be able to work effectively under pressure coupled with the ability to manage conflicting urgent requests as they arise.

You will have experience in a recruitment environment and ideally some experience of website management and digital content although this is not essential.
