Supporter Care Assistant
Samaritans are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident individual to join our vibrant Income and Finance Team as a Supporter Care Assistant on a part-time basis. The successful post-holder will provide excellent customer care to all Samaritans supporters as well as administrative support.
This is a 6 month FTC role working 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day (mornings), Monday to Friday.
About The role/person
Samaritans are looking for a Supporter Care Assistant in the Supporter Services team as part of the Income and Finance Department. The Supporter Care Assistant will report to the Supporter Services Manager and be supervised on day to day basis by Supporter Care Officer
The Supporter Care Assistant will support the Supporter Care Officer with:
- Accurate processing of fundraising income received via phone, post and email onto the charity’s CRM database (thankQ)
- Effectively managing enquiries received via phone, post and email in line with agreed standards
- Providing an excellent standard of administration support across the team as required
With excellent communication skills, the Supporter Care Assistant will develop effective working relationships across the Income and Finance department, working as part of a friendly team
