Broomwood Hall & Northcote Lodge are family owned, independent schools in south west London based over 5 sites for boys and girls aged 4-13. The schools join together to form Northwood schools, teaching over 900 children.

The Finance Director of Northwood Schools invites applications from those interested in the role of a Personal Assistant, providing her with day to day support in the smooth and efficient running of the schools’ finance and administration function.

As PA to the Finance Director, you will help to manage and plan her workload, coordinate her diary, plan for meetings and prepare any necessary paperwork, take concise and accurate minutes as well as assisting with the general running of the finance and administration office, including reception cover as required.  You will be required to deal with communication via the telephone and email, maintain correspondence and liaise with visitors dealing with their enquiries.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-driven, a problem solver and is able to manage confidential and sensitive information. It is essential that the candidate has excellent organisation and communication skills, is highly articulate and has previous experience working as a PA at a senior level.

This role is offered on a salary of up to £35,000 per annum (pro rata) dependent upon experience. Hours of work are 8 hours per day to be worked between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, three days per week, but this could be subject to negotiation. This includes lunch breaks which are paid.
