The Role
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
  • To develop profitable sales growth through existing and prospect customers in accordance with the business development plan
  • To deliver excellent customer service
  • To assist in the achievement of the department’s targets and objectives ensuring profitable sales growth is met / exceeded.
  • Support telesales management teams and contribute towards operational places that deliver the overall telesales strategy.
The Candidate

Do you have enthusiasm and a charismatic personality? Are you target driven and have the drive to succeed in a fast paced sales environment.
To be successful you will need an excellent telephone manner with great communication skills. The ability to listen and ask the right questions is really important, so you understand what’s driving our customers and are able to deliver excellent customer service and exceed our customer’s expectations. Resilience, determination, empathy and the ability to build rapport with our customers are key traits that you’ll need to provide excellent service. Regardless of your background this role is all about your personality and behaviours
