ABC Teachers are recruiting for a strong KS1 teacher to join this good school on a long term basis, from February half term. The role will require someone who has previous experience of improving academic and attainment levels within small intervention groups and up to date knowledge of the national curriculum.

The school itself is a rapidly improving school in the Moseley area which caters for pupils of varying abilities, including a high percentage of EAL students. The school has a hard working team who ensure that each child has access to a balanced education and also a happy and secure environment to learn and grow.

The successful candidate will:

- Hold valid QTS
- Be passionate about education
- Show devotion towards pupil development
- Show commitment towards good teaching practice
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to build supportive relationships with colleagues to be a key team player

The role will be starting after February half term and will continue until Easter 2018.

To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.

We will need to gain academic references to cover the last 12 months, one of which must be a school based reference. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
