Due to expansion and growth, SCRT, part of City and County Healthcare are looking for enthusiastic Call Confirm Administrators to join our team in Straiton. In addition to covering care calls where required, you will be responsible for:

* Monitoring our CRM2000 system, ensuring the safety of care workers and service users
* Contacting service users/service users families with any updates on Rota’s
* Ensuring care workers are on time for work and are using the allocated times given to them
* Answering general enquiries from care workers, service users/families, social workers, etc.
* Answering e-mails and/or sending them to the appropriate department
* Any administrative tasks that need to be completed

To join our team and make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults in these communities you will ideally have previous experience, however if you can demonstrate fantastic organisational skills, then training and support will be provided.

This is a part time permanent position 21 hours a week, working evenings and weekends, with a fantastic company who promote within and encourage their staff to reach their full potential.
