Salary: £12,814 per Annum

Hours: Mon to Fri:

* Monday 4 hours 08-00 to 12.00
* Tuesday 4 hours 08-00 to 12.00
* Wednesday 4 hours 08-00 to 12.00
* Thursday 4 hours 08-00 to 12.00
* Friday 4 hours 08-00 to 12.00

My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team in Gatwick. They employ in excess of 6,000 people and service major clients across every sector. They self-deliver virtually all of their hard FM services nationally, coordinated through one of the UK's most sophisticated customer service centres in the industry. Your typical day will involve:

To ensure all time sheets are checked and submitted to Payroll Department in a correct and timely manner
* Ensuring PPM Legionella compliance tasks are distributed to the Legionella Team.
* Ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks are captured on Maximo and auditable via the Legionella compliance works
* Raise Legionella work orders on Maximo in line with client requests and schedules.
* Attend meetings concerning the Legionella compliance program with the client as required.
* Raising Purchase Orders for sub-contractors and suppliers & resolving invoice queries when required.
* To periodically review Purchase Invoices and action 'approve to pay'.
* Provide administration support to Engineers, Shift Team Leader and Management.
* Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
* Answer the telephone and address enquiries.
* Undertake filing of documentation.
* Photocopying / scanning documents.
* Ordering staff uniforms & stationery.
* To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.

You will have:

Enthusiastic, innovative & energetic
* Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Educated to GCSE level or above
* Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload
* Good telephone manner and understanding of customer care
* Ability to work within a team structure and under pressure
* Experience in Maximo and Oracle an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
* Experience in the completion of high volume data entry exercises at pace and to target whilst maintaining high quality
* Articulate
