This is an exciting and varied opportunity that requires an excellent level of attention to detail, strong customer service skills and previous commercial exposure to working in a client focussed office environment.

Key responsibilities for this opportunity include:

Administer all in-coming insurance enquiries by telephone and email.
Complete all back-office administration relating to the proposed policy - to include:

Issue all associated documentation to completion and certification.

Daily use of Word, Excel and Outlook (assisting with PowerPoint presentations on occasion).
Regular liaison between customers and Underwriters by telephone and email.
Assist in developing the company's social media profile - desirable, although not essential.

Our client operates within a highly regulated environment where compliance is assured and adherence is frequently assessed. As such, it is essential for the successful candidate to offer a good level of literacy and strong numeracy skills, as much of the role will be to assist in providing specialist insurance services to individuals and business groups.
