We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Ipswich. The successful applicant will work Thursday and Friday, 08.30 – 5pm, 15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the operations team to ensure all the administration is fulfilled within the department, to meet the needs of our clients and business.
• Providing reception duties which include: meeting and greeting of guests and arranging refreshments as required.
• Ensure that all incoming post is opened, dated, sorted and scanned on to the system, including attaching information to files on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all email bins are cleared on a daily basis and all items are allocated to the correct claim, repair or business area.
• Action predefined claims post where instructed.
• Frank all outgoing post within SLA, and organise any special/recorded delivery post.
• File print claims reference and print all documents relating to file.
• Accurately maintain data entry for MOJ portal information on behalf of PI Claims.
• Answering calls, taking messages and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
• General administration tasks e.g. scanning, photocopying, filing, ordering of stationery and reorder stock items when supplies are low.
• Complete data searches on claims files as required.
• Assisting with any other administration or adhoc duties as required
