An experienced Administrator (part-time 20 hours a week), urgently required to work for a fantastic charity located in Central Glasgow.

As the Bookings Administrator, working as part of a vibrant head office fundraising department, you will play a pivotal role providing support to the fundraising operations and growth of the fundraising team.

You'll book fundraising sites by contacting existing and new contacts to with the aim to secure booking times for fundraisers to attend site visits at local business.

We are looking for exceptional telephone experience. Focused on making a volume of calls throughout the day to introduce the charity and find the required contact to speak to in relation to booking sites visits. You'll have excellent customer service skills to represent the charity, and outstanding administration skills to record calls and contact information for future reference.

To be considered for this Administrator role you MUST have;

* Previous experienced making significant outbound telephone calls
* Confident and professional when speaking with key contacts over the phone
* Extremely organised, with good attention to detail to record and follow-up on activities.
* Strong administration skills to receive and process a range of documentation such as timesheets, expenses, and shift reports
* Excellent MS Office Excel and database skills to record and processes daily records
* All previous outbound calls experience is welcomed, would suit Recruitment, Sales, Market Research, Call Centre experience.
