Located between Putney and Wimbledon: No on-site parking; on route of No. 93 bus. Due to the shift times must living locally to Wimbledon.

Hours: Wednesday to Friday only: 7:30am to 4.00pm/11.30am to 8pm rotated weekly

Wimbledon Clinics is a private medical clinic based at Parkside Hospital. We specialise in orthopaedic care treating sports injuries.

We are looking for a Part-time Patient Administrator (Wednesday to Friday only - SHIFT ROTA) to work as part of a small, busy team, supporting a team of surgeons, doctors, physios and orthotists.

The Part-time Patient Administrator is the first point of contact when a patient contacts the clinic therefore excellent customer service essential for this role.

Your roles and responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls: manage all new enquiries and book appropriate appointment with relevant consultant (phone, post, emails) and forward all follow up appointment requests to relevant Treatment Coordinator/Patient Manager
• Confirm ALL new patient consultations and book New Patient meetings – confirm to Treatment Coordinator/Patient Manager
• Assists with completion of new patient questionnaires and terms and conditions, through online portal
• Liaise with patients and insurance companies about treatments and costs
• Collect credit card payments for self-pay patients at time of booking appointment
• Scan the medical documents and correspondence
• Ensure scanning and filing of all paperwork as received and ensure it is retrievable as requested
• Upload patient letters to Practice Management system for review by Treatment Coordinator/Patient Manager
• Maintain accurate records and regularly review new patient payments in conjunction with credit control
