Seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our friendly team. We’ve been helping people find the right jobs and employers find the right people, for 16 years. With six specialist recruitment divisions, on-site staffing operations and a dedicated training company, RE has much to offer employers and candidates alike.

Part time, 3 days a week on going temp work. Competitive rates of pay, based in the centre of Cheltenham.

Main Duties:
•Cover reception desk when required, welcoming visitors
•Answering the telephone and responding to emails
•Distribute post, franking and arrange couriers
•Administration support for branch including data entry
•Archiving and filing
•Responding to queries and sign posting where necessary
•Compliance and audit support checking
•Photocopying and document/spreadsheet preparation
•Scanning ‘right to work’ documents into the Ucomply scanner
•Hospitality arrangements, refreshments etc.
•Preparation for meetings
•Maintaining Boardroom coffee machine
•Recruitment Application Packs
•Perform work related errands as requested
•Update and maintain internal staff contact details
•Type documents, reports and correspondence

Additional Duties when required:
•HR administration
•New Candidates administration (Reference and document date checking)
•Assisting with Health & Safety
•Attend Meetings
•Support other branches

Training to be undertaken:
•Company Induction Programme
•Fire Marshal
•First Aid
•Matchmaker CRM system
