Our client, a well known and successful organisation are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant.

This role is a 3-5 months contract, is paying £14.88 per hour and is based in Victoria.

The purpose of this position is to take responsibility for a variety of activities to support organisations and professionals. The role includes acting as PA to the Director of Energy Futures Lab and provide general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Director's diary arranging meetings and appointments as required including provision of agendas, papers and other supporting material, arranging catering and meeting and greeting visitors.
- Provide routine procurement support to the Director such as booking flights and accommodation for business travel and claiming travel expenses.
- Provide routine secretarial support to the Director such as preparing documentation for production, copying, mailing, printing and filing.
- Day-to-day management the Energy Futures Lab office environment, including the meeting room, and operations team meetings.

Skills Required:

- Previous experience within PA.
- Project management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including use of databases, Microsoft Office and online tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to cope with periods of high workload.
