Milton Keynes College have a fantastic opportunity for a part time support coach to join our?e-Learning?Team.

The ideal candidate will champion the use of technology and e-Learning to develop skills and inspire our students by sharing your passion for learning.
This post is term time only and includes time to study so completing a qualification while working is achievable.

Hours: 21 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum (term time only)
Salary: ?19,000 pro rata

As a successful candidate, you will have?

English & Maths GCSE (or Level 2 equivalent) at Grade C or above
A minimum Level 3 qualification.
Experience of working with people
Experience of motivating and supporting others especially in tasks they may find difficult.
The ability to inspire others through own passion for learning.
Experience supporting or good knowledge of research and information skills.
Good IT skills / digital literacy and have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Confidence in using digital tools innovatively to support study.
A positive, can-do approach to problem solving and meeting requests for information and assistance.
