A small mortgage company in Hounslow is looking recruit a part-time administrator to support its continued growth. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a willingness to carry out varied administrative task and support the secretary in their daily duties.

Essential Skills:
* All general office dutes
* Taking incoming calls and messages
* Liaising with customers and dealing with queries
* Management of in-house property management system
* Sourcing new contractors and negotiating rates
* Sourcing maintenance supplies and materials
* Dealing with supplier invoices

Key Attributes/Requirements:
* Enthusiastic and articulate with an excellent telephone manner
* Possess excellent organisation and time management skills
* Have common sense and a methodical working manner
* Fast and accurate typing
* Flexibility
* Works well under pressure
