Part time - Reception/Admin - Greenwich - Office Support and facilities

£14,000pa - £16,000pa

You will work 5 hours shifts
Shifts are 8.30am - 1.30pm Monday & Wednesday and 1pm - 6pm Tuesday and Thursday
You will work alternate shifts on Fridays.

Immediate Start!

Reception/Admin duties:

* Photocopying
* Sending faxes
* Scanning documents
* Purchasing items for reception.
* Monitoring records.
* Arranging couriers and deliveries.
* Monitoring deliveries to the building and keeping a record of what has come in and gone out
* Credit control
* Bought Ledger
* Sales Invoicing
* Fire Procedures including Health and safety reports
* Data Entry
* Meeting room diary control
* Any other ad-hoc duties as directed


* Experience of working in a Reception/Admin role
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to work with minimal guidance
* Efficient organisation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
