We are looking for a Spa Mentor (Receptionist) to provide a professional and welcoming service, being courteous, a good listener and putting clients at ease when visiting our multi-award-winning Spa.

The duties and responsibilities are:

• To be familiar with the Spa’s tariff and services in order to advise clients on treatments, facilities, spa programmes, courses, promotions, packages and retail.

• Enthusiastically represent and support the businesses objectives through sales, attitudes and customer care.

• To present a professional level of conduct, performance and to comply with standards of appearance by wearing the correct uniform, as part of the Operations Procedures Manual.

• Participate in a staff rota in accordance with that devised by the Head Mentor, being flexible in contributing towards the provision of adequate staff cover in accordance with fluctuating business demand, including evenings and weekends.

• The Client Experience: Consistently deliver to every client that enters The Spa an exceptional experience that they will be determined to repeat and to recommend to their family, friends and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will live in a close proximity to the Spa (based in Pimlico, SW1) and be driven and determined to succeed. You will be required to work 24 hours per week, including weekends and evenings (8-hour shifts). You will have at least 1 years’ experience within a busy front of house environment, have exceptional organisational skills, work well under pressure and have general administrative capabilities.

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a Clinic/Spa or high-end Salon/Hotel
• Available for weekends and shift work
• Computer literate, preparing and processing data
• Basic Math and English skills
• Strong work ethic.
• Able to work as part of a team
• High levels of customer service
• Appropriate status to work in the UK
• A beauty therapist qualification would be preferred but not essential.
