A growing and developing, successful and professional Specialist Engineering Services Company currently has a vacancy for a Part Time Operations Administrator to join their growing team.

The company provide specialist engineering services to a mixture of high profile Blue Chip Clientele in key areas across the country and have a network of highly skilled an trained engineers based across the country to maintain and look after these systems. The company are a very professional business with an excellent history of high quality service provision.

This role as Operations Administrator will involve working as part of the overall Administration team

Duties include but not not exhaustive

Job Duties

- Answering phone calls
- Sending emails
- Booking work
- Writing up Invoices
- Writing up quotations
- Other Administrative duties

- Common Sense
- Good Communication skills verbally and written
