Our client is looking for a candidate to maintain the day to day accounts of an electronics manufacturing and design company. Using initially Sage for Payroll and Business One software to run invoicing, credit and purchase control, stock management, tax and payroll. To deal with HMRC VAT, Corporation Tax and other related tax matters. To generate reports within the software package.

To prepare monthly accounts for Management and annual accounts for inspection and/or audit. This role will be mentored by a Group Accountant and backed by a local firm of Accountants. To maintain personnel and other company records and other administrative matters. To maintain office stationery. To provide a receptionist service. Business support to various departments as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Advanced Excel
SAP and / or Sage an advantage
P&L. Bank runs
Petty Cash, Payroll VAT return and filing to HMRC
