Role:
Assist in the provision of an effective accounts receivable service through the efficient and timely recording and allocation of all cash receipts and the provision of an effective credit control function in accordance with co procedures. Also to provide office administration support to the Chiswick office including office supplies, services and meetings.

Accounts duties:

1. Post and allocate receipts in an accurate and timely manner recording them appropriately in the financial system, performing whatever investigation is required to ensure full allocation of all receipts.

2. Deal with customer and stakeholder queries in a timely and effective manner.

3. Support the Accounts Receivable manager in the provision of a credit control function by communicating and liaising with customers and branches by letter, email and telephone.

4. Support the accounts receivable department and the accounts receivable manager in the provision of management information and reports as required.

5. Support the accounts receivable department by carrying out duties as required.

Admin duties:

1. Manage and Order Office supplies for Chiswick including, Stationary, IT and printer consumables, cleaning supplies, tea, coffee and milk

2. Manage the office environment and deal with suppliers as required - cleaners, heating / aircon, office plants, landlord, parking including parking permits, distribute the post, control of office keys, control the offsite storage service, shredding service, recycling of printer cartridges and other items, de-scale the coffee machine as required and organise maintenance

3. Support managers with organising courier services, controlling mobile phone allocation and spend.

4. Provide administration support to meetings and events in Chiswick including booking travel and accommodation, ordering refreshments and organising Chiswick staff events.
