We are recruiting for a Compliance Coordinator in the Blackburn area.

Reporting to the QA Manager this role will be varied and will assist with all aspects of the quality assurance process, this is a fabulous opportunity for the successful candidate.

As a Compliance Coordinator you will need to have:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good level of general education
  • Excellent communication skills- face to face and over the phone
  • The successful person will be reliable, willing to work hard and happy to go the extra mile
  • Extremely well organised which a positive attitude

Details of the Compliance Coordinator role

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday day shift- we have full time or part time available!
  • Location: Blackburn
  • Pay: £8.00 to £9.00 an hour

Details of the Compliance Coordinator role

  • Contacting suppliers, collecting and saving information required by the QA team
  • Keeping supplier accreditation and approval up to date by highlighting expired approval to the QA Manager for review
  • Maintaining spreadsheets which can be used to store and access date
  • Contacting customers with up to date certificates
  • Assisting the QA Manager
