Roles & Responsibilities

* Working closely with the company Directors and other managers to ensure company expectations are consistently met.
* Diary Management
* Support Directors in prioritising daily/weekly/monthly routines and keep abreast of the Director's movements
* Handle all HR issues
* Office management and assisting with any administrative task. i.e.
* Implementing and maintaining ISO9001
* Book necessary training and refresher course for staff
* Ordering PPE and stationery
* Booking accommodation
* email monitoring and actions
* making phone calls
* reconciling invoices
* creating invoices
* transcribing notes
* performing internet research / research and information gathering
* liaising with clients/consultants/subcontractors
* managing archiving and storage process
* handle all confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality throughout
* Sorting Incoming/outgoing post
* Handle payroll

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Successful applicants will have prior experience of an administration/ secretarial orientated environment from trainee to senior level. Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of the construction industry however this is not essential.
