The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, managing a growing telesales team and hitting on-going targets.

We’re looking for someone dynamic with previous experience of managing a sales team in an online, subscription based business, preferably in a similar industry. We operate in a fun and friendly but ultimately target-driven environment. You’ll be confident with strong leadership skills and form part of a wider, entrepreneurial management team.

We will consider both part and full time candidates for this position with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week.

fibodo is a live booking management platform for activity hosts to list, sell and manage their time more effectively allowing users to find, book and securely pay for sporting and leisure activities, unrestricted by location.

• Develop the annual and monthly sales strategy for the company and sales team
• Monthly reporting to the Management Team on KPI’s and metrics across the sales function
• Create a motivated, driven environment and team and ensure they have the relevant training and tools to optimise the potential of the business.
• Assist with the growth of the team – recruit, induct and train new sales hires
• Set revenue targets for members of the team and improve the sales process
• Mentor, motivate and support the sales team to create volume via outbound cold calls, lead generation and closing sales – Gamification experience would be a plus.
• Call coaching and feedback
• Staff Management and review
• Deliver continual product training to team and as a result to clients
• Feedback client requests to the relevant departments
• Work closely with the Marketing team to secure relevant sales material and ensure all communications are on brand

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in sales - at least three years managerial experience
• Experience of managing a telesales office is essential
• Demonstrate the ability to build and develop a sales team
• You should have experience in selling subscription based products
• Ability to write and test various scripts
• Must be able to adapt to an evolving working, pivot when necessary, being able to take on new challenges
• Excellent group presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Location: Central London
Salary: Dependent on experience – please outline your expectation in your application.
