Permanent part time office administration job role - 15 hours per week.

Working the twilight administration shift of 6pm - 9pm Monday to Friday.

A team of administration twilight shift workers, assist after the day team of administration finish and continue with all forms of office administration and customer service.

The job is mainly administration based which requires:

* Processing customer orders via database systems
* Scanning documents onto systems
* Submitting paperwork from medical companies
* Updating customer data and details
* Generate medical letters
* Very occasional calls from customers and nurses but this is limited
* All forms of administration

For the administration job we need a person that can commit to the working hours as they wont change, a person that has administration and database experience, methodical, can prioritise work loads, polite and professional, calm and warming manner, good telephone skills.

Super administration job that will suit a person looking for evening work in an office based environment
