I am currently looking for a Part-Time Administrator for my client based in Swansea.

This is a fantastic Part-Time opportunity with flexible working hours (either 2-3 days a week or 5 mornings/afternoons a week) Monday - Friday. The role is a permanent post and may lead to full-time or a job share between two candidates in due course.

The role would include but is not limited to:

* Administration
* Scanning/filing
* Reception duties
* Dealing with general enquiries from potential customers via telephone and email.
* Providing excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.

You must have a polite and professional manner and excellent communication skills.
