We have a new role of Accounts Assistant within our expanding business in the Accounts / Finance team.

The role requires an individual who is proactive, self-motivated and well organised, excellent communication and exceptional attention to detail Enthusiasm to improve knowledge levels at every opportunity. You will be expected to take an interest in the products in the business, and ask questions as appropriate and show a willingness and eagerness to learn. Whilst there is an element of mentoring to this role, we expect this role to develop in due course to aid the expansion of the team.

The purpose of job role is to assist the accounts department with day to day admin duties, data inputting and housekeeping.

Duties will include:

Below, are a list of activities/duties generally involved in the role. The list is non-exhaustive, and the employee will from time to time be asked to fulfil other duties as directed by the Management Team.

* Housekeeping of Databases, including maintaining of accurate records with the CRM
* Data cleanse of CRM with regards to contact, address emails etc.
* Data inputting from ECID into relevant database
* Data inputting from Project Completion into database and closing
* Assisting Accounts Department with general data input
* Purchase invoices
* Credit Cards
* Filing electronically of Account Documents
* Maintaining accurate records for customer/suppliers.
* Assisting with Contracts
* Office stationery Procurement
* General Admin duties as required.

Essential Criteria:

* MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
* Good work ethic, organised and efficient,
* Team Player
* Previous accounts admin experience
* To be neat, tidy and efficient with your work
* Responsible for your own actions at all times
* Be able to follow company processes effectively.
* You will be expected to progress within the company as you learn.

Desirable Criteria:

* Sage Line 50 (prior knowledge not essential but an advantage)
