Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support are currently working with an excellent business in the area who since they launched more than 20 years ago have successfully grown and expanded their business across the world and now have a very credible global footprint.

The business are now looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their stable and established team on a part time basis (c20 hours per week).

The purpose of the role is to provide key adminisrative support to the front of house which also includes supporting the Reception team.

Duties will include:

- First point of contact for incoming enquiries
- Reception cover
- Facilitate meetings
- Diary management
- Supporting HR with starters and leavers information
- Sensitively handling confidential documentation
- Supporting with company training and compliance needs
- Generic administrative duties as appropriate for the role

To be considered for the role you will have experience in:

- Proficient in administration
- Delivering first class customer service
- Demonstrate a friendly and helpful nature
- Fully IT literate
