A FMCG/manufacturing company are looking for a part time administrator to work between 20 and 25 hours per week in their warehousing and logistics department.

Duties include:

Dealing with all administration and logistics information including enquiries, stock receipting and stock taking
Dealing with internal and off site warehouse adjustments, returns etc.
Order scheduling and despatch of goods
Updating the systems and keeping all import/export documentation up to date
Stock allocation
Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve stock and production issues for customers
General administration, answering telephone calls and raising customer service levels

You need:

Previous experience of working in logistics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels
Numerical and literacy ability to at least GCSE standard
Sound IT ability and experience using MS Office and accurate data entry skills
Organisational skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible, positive team worker

They require someone to work 5 days a week but they are flexible towards hours from 20 to 25 hours per week. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus statutory days rising to 25 with length of service, contributory pension scheme and Death In Service
