Complete Care Agency aims to provide care for people who need assistance with their activities of daily living. Training is provided to staff to ensure that care services are delivered to a high standard and meet the needs of the service users. This also ensures the safety and wellbeing of customers is maintained to a high level.

Role of the Support Worker

Our support workers need to be friendly, caring and supportive towards service users. Many of the tasks carried out are of a personal and intimate nature.

Our support workers are located in the community, usually at the service users’ homes. The purpose of the role is to enable service users to access and take part in a full range of community activities.

This post involves

·Assisting in the preparation and implementation of a wide range of activities

·Assistance with eating, toileting, bathing or showering, dealing with incontinence etc

·Providing written reports and records

·Assisting colleagues at times of staff shortage by covering sessions, annual leave, sick leave etc.

Shift Patterns

Full Time and Part Time positions available

07.00 – 15.00

14.00 – 22.00

21.00 – 08.00 Waking Nights
