We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to carry out credit control duties for a client based in Bedford. The position will be part time, 30 hours per week.


* Allocate cash received
* Raise credit notes (received via email daily)
* Check raised credits from warehouse
* Chase customers for overdue payments
* Chase and deal with customer queries.
* Sales performance sheet
* Sales figures
* Commissions sheet
* Raise claimback credits
* Review credit limits for Sales office as and when they occur.
* Direct container invoicing
* Customer invoicing
* Create all new branch/ New accounts
* Credit checks on new potential customers (credit application and terms of conditions of sale forms and welcome letters must be sent)
* Review the weekly aged debtor report
* No Stock purchase ordering


* Aged debtors report (review credit limits, both oldest and total overdue debt)
* Keep up to date with website
* Saniflo Invoicing (paperwork received from Warehouse Admin)


* Customer based sales reports
* Rebates (monthly, Quarterly and annually dependant on what month falls)
* Settlement discounts
* Key account reports
* Saniflo Monthly invoicing (Skip hire, Rent, Admin)
* Make sure all cash allocations have been completed for the month
* Monthly aged debtors report (detailed and Summary)
* Make sure sales main ledger is clear at end of month
* Make sure all delivery notes are invoiced by end of month
* Remittances
