Overview

We are proud to be supporting an established organisation in Bracknell who are recruiting a very sought after role as a Part Time Receptionist. This role is a job share therefore flexibility is key as well as compromise. This role will suit someone who enjoys working afternoons, Monday - Friday as well as having excellent customer service skills and a pro active nature.

Key Responsibilities

* To create a professional and friendly environment for visitors
* Book in visitors and guests at main reception
* Provide accurate visitor information for customers
* Liaise with other departments on a daily basis
* Answer phone calls via switchboard
* Manage post and faxes
* Respond to daily emails
* Record whereabouts of staff
* Book pool cars
* Booking of taxis
* Stationary ordering
* Manage security fobs for new staff and leavers

Hours - Monday - Friday (AFTERNOONS)

£10,400 per annum equivalent of approx £18,500 per annum
