Our client is currently looking for someone with strong administration and customer service skills to support in the busy travel team as a Travel Administrator.

Position: Travel Administrator

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Monday to Wednesday) – Part time

Salary: £16,000 pro rata

Location: Milton Keynes

Fixed term contract – 5 months

The job role will involve…

* Taking and managing a high level of calls in order to support the travel requirements of clients.
* Booking travel requirements for clients, as well as logging these onto the system.
* Checking clients discount eligibility.

The skills and experience you will require include…

* Good numerate skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* An ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Previous experience in customer service and/or administration.
