We are looking for a Receptionist to provide a "front of house" customer interface and first line security function, and to work with the Dealer Service team in all administration matters.

You will be the welcoming voice of our client’s brand, based at our offices in Daventry. You will be responsible for managing contact from customers

What you will do...
• Provide a customer interface to receive students and visitors, administer security badge process.
• Achieve and maintain a detailed knowledge of STARS database operation to enable handling of report attendance.
• To achieve and maintain knowledge of other roles within the HFA Administration team, and to participate in absence cover as necessary (Provide Data Administration cover)
• To provide an inbound overflow telephone messaging service for the Dealer Services Team.
• Other administration duties as assigned by Dealer Service Supervisor i.e. Driving License checks, e-learning chases.
• Check in all delegates and give them information regarding their day and ensure they understand.
• Control all televisions. Including: Delegate arrival videos, Client Promotion videos, Course/Room Number slides at 9:00 (Aftersales) and 9:30 (Sales).
• Call for all no shows that may be absent off courses – Update notes (E-Tracker) with reasons.
• Set up Class rosters and establish break times. Inform group numbers to restaurant manager and materials controller.
• Book accommodation for delegates and deal with all hotels enquires. Including hotel reports such as rooming lists sent every Friday to all hotels. Deal with all hotel cancellations and updates.
• Grade all complete course rosters ready to be sent for billing.
• Deal with Inbound and Outbound calls throughout the day.
• Process Evaluation sheets and ensure all classes are processed.
• To assist with e-learning and virtual classroom queries.
