Experienced Bookkeeper required for a established firm of Chartered Accountants and Financial Advisers.

The role can be based in either Leamington Spa or Coventry. Full time (36.5 hours) or Part Time (30 hours) considered, Monday to Friday.

The position involves:

* Processing purchase & sales invoices
* Reconciling supplier and bank statements
* Submitting VAT returns
* Maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
* Prepayments and accruals
* Attending client meetings
* Dealing directly with clients, both in the office and at clients' premises
* Resolving payment queries
* Producing reports for senior management
* Handling account related queries
* Producing a high volume of invoices

Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 18 months' experience in the above duties in a similar all-round bookkeeping position and have the ability to work well under pressure, using their own initiative.

* Experience of Sage Accounting software and other cloud based accounting systems is essential.
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential in order to travel to clients' premises
