Office Administrator - Milton Park, Didcot

Manpower are recruiting for an Office Administrator for a pharmaceutical company based in Milton Park. The role will be up to 20 hours a week (flexible on when), for 6 months, but there is potential for this to extend.

The office administrator is responsible for:
* Responding to incoming calls
* Front desk cover
* Arranging travel arrangements, meeting and also vehicles
* Liaising with other departments including finance and HR
* Handling confidential and critical details on a daily basis
* Day to day office responsibilities
* Maintaining and providing full administrative support which can change on a daily basis

The skills that are required include:
* Excellent team player
* Interpersonal skills
* Able to multitask
* Outstanding time management skills
* Two years experience with at least 6 months office administrator previous experience, preferred if this was in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
* Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills including MS Office
* Understand the need for being discrete and trustworthy
