SALARY & BENEFITS: £8.16 per hour

WORKING HOURS: Full time with a range of hours available

THE ROLE: This is a Support Worker role with a difference, this is a role that encourages you to bring your personality, hobbies and skills into your role.

Your role will involve the daily duties of supporting an individual with complex needs such as personal care and daily routine but you will be encouraged to bring your own skills to the role.

It may be that you like cooking, play an instrument or enjoy creative arts and crafts, whatever it may be you will be positively encouraged to share this skills and passion and ultimately make your job more rewarding.

Your role can vary from, assisting with daily shopping, catching a bus, going to concerts or fish and chips in the park.

There are currently 10 Support Workers roles available with a range of working hours available.

THE CANDIDATE: If you want to make a genuine difference to peoples lives and you have a good heart then you will be make a great Support Worker. Full training is provided and no experience is required for this role, it is very much about the person. You will need to be flexible and understand that the needs of the residents are not just 9 – 5.
