LOCATION: Olney, Milton Keynes

JOB TITLE: Office Administrator

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive dependant on experience + free car parking

WORKING HOURS: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with an Air conditioning and Refrigeration with their office based in Olney, Milton Keynes. With over 75 years' combined experience they serve a large amount of the home counties and beyond. They are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in the Olney office.

THE ROLE: As an Office Administrator you will be working alongside a team of field engineers and booking maintenance visits. You will be first point of contact for customers so you will need to be confident on the phone and face to face with people of all levels. You will also be working with the accounts team, sales manager and the administrator.

Key Responsibilities for the Office Administrator role to include:-

• Answer all incoming telephone calls
• Complete any administration required, maintain schedules
• Complete renewals by speaking to customers
• Contacting clients to arrange on-site visits
• Chasing payments
• Complete service calls and make appointments

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to be a confident individual who is willing to work in a multifaceted environment. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to work using your own initiative.

Key experience essential for the role of the Office Administrator:-

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in an office administration position
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Live within a commutable distance to Olney, Milton Keynes
