Job title; Secretary (part time).

Role: Provide secretarial support to a team who provide specialist services to clients with complex disabilities.

Working hours: 18 hours per week. (Exact hours and days to be confirmed but will include Monday and / or Friday)

About the company: Based near Bury St Edmunds, Anglia Case Management is one of the UK’s most established providers of specialist services to adults and children who have had a brain injury, spinal cord injury or other complex disability. We work with clients throughout East Anglia and London to provide case management and rehabilitation services, in addition to care expert reports and moving and handling advice. The role is based in our Tostock offices.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Typing (copy, digital and audio) of correspondence, notes, minutes of meetings and detailed reports, in addition to formatting pre-typed documents.
2. Answering the telephone (shared with the other secretaries), and dealing with or re-directing calls from solicitors, clients and their families; answering straightforward enquiries and taking and delivering messages, as required.
3. Taking notes at meetings on an occasional basis.
4. Arranging appointments as required.
5. Booking training courses, hotel accommodation, travel and meeting rooms.
6. Providing administrative assistance in connection with recruiting new carers and support staff for individual clients.
7. Entering and maintaining information onto the company database (training will be provided).
8. Administration of internal processes, once training has been provided, including Excel work.
9. Filing of client correspondence, information, reports, and keeping the files up to date and orderly.
10. Managing incoming and outgoing post items.
11. Other general office duties as required, including photocopying, printing and scanning.

Candidate requirements:
· Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Experience of typing and formatting reports.
· Excellent spelling, grammar and numeracy skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Good communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work.
