Enerco Doors has been a market leader for 18 years in the field of industrial doors & loading bay equipment.

We are a growing team that is now looking for a part time, reliable and self-motivated
office administrator that will ensure smooth running of our office undertaking administrative tasks ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Ideally, we would like someone to commit to 20 hours per week, flexible hours are an option and ask that you state your preferred working times when submitting your CV along with your salary expectations (hourly rate).

You will be responsible to the Finance & Office Manager; your main duties will be as follows:

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
• Manage and filter incoming phone calls and correspondence
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Ensure all paperwork relating to MOT's, Insurance and administration is updated
• Issue maintenance contract reminders
• Follow up service & new product quotations
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Proven experience as an office administrator/assistant
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
