Are you an experienced support worker looking for a new challenge? Would you like to provide care in the client’s own home and offer a more personal service? If so, Active Assistance may have the role for you. We are currently recruiting flexible care assistants to work with our client in Kidderminster. Our client lives in his own home with his family. He requires 24/7 support from a dedicated team of flexible care assistants to enable him to live a fulfilling and independent life. At Active Assistance your job title will be ‘Personal Assistant’ which is what sets us aside from other care companies. You will work with one client, providing tailored support which means you will get to know him and his needs very well.

Flexible Care Assistants required in Kidderminster

We are recruiting flexible care assistants to join our current team. Our client is a 23 year old male who has a neurological degenerative disorder. He is in a wheelchair and also has complex care needs such as a PEG and tracheostomy. The role will be 2:1 for day shifts and will involve hoisting, personal care and regular clinical checks. While applicants with experience will be favourable, we are mostly interested in someone who is passionate and reliable. You will also need great communication skills as our client is non-verbal so will use other methods to express himself.

    Full and Part time positions available12 hour shifts: 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am£8.50 per hour (day hours), £9 per hour (night hours)You must be a driver
