A great opportunity is available for a experienced radio sales account manager to join our great team in Bristol.

Job Title: Radio Sales Account Manager

Location: Avonmouth

Department: Radio

Company Division: Co-Channel

Salary: Up to £40,000 dependent on experience plus a competitive bonus and benefits

Role purpose:

Responsible for introducing Pennine Telecom’s Radio and associated product offerings to new and existing accounts Portfolio includes: Trunking systems, Command and Control, PTT, Analogue / Digital PMR and associated software solutions including, but not limited to CARPs (Porterage Solution). Work with the wider Pennine team to assist in design and delivery of sales/marketing projects and strategies that support sustainable growth from both net new, existing and lapsed customers.

Key accountabilities:

Maintain and develop New and Existing Radio Centric Accounts To achieve and exceed all sales targets and performance measures
Create awareness & demand for the wider Pennine Telecoms product portfolio
Embrace the Groups core values along with change and provide constructive ideas for improving service, working methods and environment.
Liaise and work with the technical pre-sales team where necessary to ensure customer meetings/presentations have the desired effect and lead to the desired result drive continuous improvements for the customer experience
Actively participate in campaign production, events and promotional activity (internal and external) that helps drive business opportunity
Deal with and help to resolve customer complaints and issues as and when needed.
Ensure all enquiries are handled in line with quality procedures and company standards.
Embrace change and provide constructive ideas for improving service, working methods and environment.
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the Management of the Company.

Qualifications and / or experience required:

First Class understanding and Proven sales record in Radio Products and RF principles
Excellent understanding of the Enterprise marketplace and solutions
Commercially aware with particular focus on competitor activity and products
Strong Radio / RF background is mandatory
Proficient ICT skills
Clean Driving Licence
