Position: Administrator
Hours: 09:30 – 15:00 (Monday - Friday, 30 minute break)
25 hours per week

Salary: Dependent on experience (please include your expectations in your application)

Holiday: Must be taken during the factories scheduled closures (1 week at Easter, 2 weeks in Summer, 2 weeks at Christmas)

Description:
We are a small, family-run, packaging manufacturers and we’re currently looking for an experienced administrator to assist with the day-to-day running of the office. This is a new role and would suit somebody who is happy working in a close-knit team, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and who is willing to be flexible within their role.

Main duties:
• Arranging transport/couriers via telephone, email and online booking systems
• Generating delivery notes
• Printing labels
• Collating and recording daily production figures
• Answering the telephone and liaising with customers
• Ordering stationery and other general equipment
• Packing and taking samples to the post office (as and when required)
• Filing and other general administrative duties

Skills and competencies:
• Excellent attention-to-detail
• Good written, verbal and communication skills
• Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Able to work well under-pressure
• Good at multi-tasking
• Able to work independently and use initiative

Experience/Certification:
• Minimum 1 years experience within an administrative role
• Driving licence
