Office Coordinator
Part Time, 24 hours over three consecutive days
Salary £13,200 (£22,500 full time equivalent) + benefits including wellbeing scheme, sickness benefit, retail discounts and up to 28 days annual leave plus public holidays
Location - SK6 2SN - Bredbury/Stockport

About You

We're looking for a highly organised, energetic, reliable office coordinator with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a positive outlook to ensure the day to day smooth running of our office and business functions.

We're inviting applications from candidates who can work independently to notice what needs to be done, solve problems, and make projects happen. You'll be a highly organised and proactive team player, able to research and plan effectively to deliver projects on time and to budget in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. You'll also be ready to roll up your sleeves to help wherever help is needed! You'll be a professional through and through, known for delivering on your promises and your strong communications skills will enable you to build relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues alike.

Principle Responsibilities

- Maintaining office facilities - negotiating and managing supplier contracts, looking after day to day tidiness and cleanliness
- HR service administration - payroll adjustments, tracking absence, taking minutes in meetings
- Marketing support - branding company documents, preparing company presentations
- Preparing and validating expense claims
- Diary management for leadership team
- Support the Leadership Team plans and activities
- Organising events - internal and external
- Taking steps to ensure the overall wellbeing of our people
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Running improvement projects across all departments
- Working with confidential data and information

Skills and Experience

- Broad base of business experience in a similar role (Business Administration, PA, EA, Facilities Management) supporting leadership teams
- Strong computer skills - strong on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, basic Excel
- Working with sensitive information and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Good standard of general education (9 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent)
- Driver, full licence, access to own vehicle
- Shorthand would be beneficial
