Recruitment Consultant - permanent, full time or part time, based in South Birmingham.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will have the opportunity to receive first year annual remuneration of £35,000 to £40,000 OTE, rising into year 2 and 3. The bonus package also contains Pension, life insurance and PHI (following 12 month service) and an increasing scale holiday package.
To be successful in the role of Recruitment Consultant , you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Successful track record in permanent hiring (ideally white collar)
Ability to generate business through research, client contact and account management
Development of long-term business relationships and meeting face-to-face with clients
Confident in resourcing and the ability to search LinkedIn and job sites to attract the highest calibre of candidates
Conducting interview and present accurate shortlists to meet clients' expectations
Full administration through to placement of the candidate
This position is based in South Birmingham, which is easily accessible from Redditch, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Droitwich, Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham. You will have the opportunity to receive first year annual remuneration of £35,000 to £40,000 OTE, rising into year 2 and 3.
