Premier Platforms Ltd is a well established, independently owned company with offices in the West Midlands and Yorkshire. We hire access equipment to the construction industry and domestic users across the country.

Previous experience of the powered access hire industry is preferred but not essential. We would also look favourably on a candidate with tool or plant hire experience or from an associated construction industry background.

Responsibilities include:

    You will be involved in all bookings of access equipment and daily logistics converting telephone and email orders directly or via other team members.Using your product knowledge, you will provide the customer with the best option for hire.Working on the hire desk you will be striving to exceed customer expectations in all aspects of their hire experience.Working with the Depot Manager to maximise the sales opportunity whilst ensuring that all hire contract administration is accurate and completed in a timely manner.You will be required to build effective customer relationships and resolve customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Skills Required:

    You should be entirely customer focused.You should possess excellent administration and organisation skills.You should have excellent communication skills, both face to face and on the telephone.You should be a confident but personable negotiator.You should be able to work well under pressure whilst remaining calm and prioritising tasks.You should be computer literate and conversant with outlook, word and excel with specific plant hire system training given.
Hours:

Monday - Friday
8.00 am to 5.30pm (flexible hours and part-time/shared role working would be considered)

Salary:

Negotiable dependent upon experience.
