Naturally able to engage with people, our friendly and positive Senior Customer Service Advisors demonstrate leadership qualities and have the motivation to learn more and train others.

The role of Senior Customer Service Advisor will include:

    Ensuring our animals are well cared for, safe and healthyLeading by example by demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and train the teamKey holding responsibilitiesStanding in for the Shop Floor ManagerProcessing cash and card transactions and cash up and banking dutiesChecking deliveries and notifying of discrepancies when applicableDelivering exceptional customer service at all timesOnly ever selling pets once sure that the prospective new owner totally understands the pet’s requirementsRecommending products and services to customersMaking sure products are well presented and clean with a good shelf lifeMaintaining high standards of stock controlKeeping up to date with promotions and ensuring shelf labels are up to date
Essential skills required for the role of Senior Customer Service Advisor:

    Leadership and management qualitiesThe ability to motivate othersUnrivalled passion for animals and their welfareA confident, positive and helpful attitudeA desire to genuinely get to know our customers and their pets, building strong relationships and going ‘the extra mile’ when requiredStrong customer and team focus with excellent communication skillsThe ability to confidently handle cash and card paymentsA thirst for continued training including product knowledge, pet welfare policies and professional developmentThe drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under own initiative
