Our client has fantastic opportunities for Care Assistants to join the team in High Wycombe. Joining them on either a full time or part time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £7.70 rising to £8.00 per hour after probation +10% enhancements are also paid for the night hours worked.

They have opportunities for Care Assistants to join their team. You will work as part of a team providing physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to service users within the scheme to encourage them to achieve maximum independence where possible. To ensure that the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

As one of their Care Assistants, you will need to be a great team player and be able to build positive relationships with their service users, their families and their staff. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the needs of older people living within the scheme and how to support them to lead valued lives in the community. Good literacy, numerical and verbal skills are a must. It’s also very important that you are organised, patient and of a caring nature.

The service is a purpose built care home for 64 older people. The home has large, beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with their own en-suite facilities and equipped with the latest technology. They offer personalised care tailored to an individual’s specific needs. They provide nursing care for 32 residents and care for up to 16 residents with dementia.

Salary: £7.70 rising to £8.00 per hour after probation +10% enhancements are also paid for the night hours worked.
