Part-time Payroll Administrator working 3 days per week (flexible working hours) is required to join our well-respected client based in Kettering. The role involves:

• Collating monthly timesheets from clocking system
• Processing weekly payroll
• Resolving payroll queries
• Updating all payroll records regarding starters and leavers
• Updating all statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
• Input and submit Auto Enrolment pensions data
• Assisting the HR Administrator

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll administration with the ability to carry out all the functions necessary to process the computerised Sage payroll.

Good Excel skills will be essential, as is a working knowledge of the full payroll process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to this role, together with high professional standards

The role is based in Kettering but within commutable distance of Wellingborough, Rushden, Corby and Northampton
