My client an SME Accounts Practice are looking to appoint a Bookkeeper on a full time or part time basis;

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Posting suppliers invoices / payments onto Sage 50
  • Inputting supplier payments ready to be authorised
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Payroll: wage journals, PAYE etc
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Data input
  • VAT returns
  • General administration & transactional duties

Essential criteria;

  • Experience using Sage 50 or similar is essential
  • Experience of working within a similar position / environment
  • Possess excellent administration skills
  • A team player

The role can be suited to a full time person or; four days, mornings or afternoons spread over three or four days a week.
