Job Title: Part Time Secretary

Job Type: Temp - Perm (Part time - Afternoon only 5 days a week)

Location: Outskirts of central Birmingham

Salary: £17000 pro rata

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 2pm - 6pm Monday - Friday ( None negotiable)

Job Overview of Part Time Secretary:

Our client, a well established reputable company are looking for an experienced professional and hands on Secretary to join their office in Birmingham a key interest or previous experience in property / surveying / law will be of interest.

The key responsibilities of a Part Time Secretary:

Is to ensure all secretarial duties / administrative duties are kept on top of and efficiently organised to help the business run smoothly. You will need to have experience of secretarial duties in a previous corporate working environment, be efficient on the phone and remain professional at all times.

About the role of Part time Secretary:

* As a first point of contact for queries this role will be pivotal to ensure the team responds quickly to requests.
* Provide assistance to all areas of the office, very hands on in a open office, help out where needed
* Support and assistance with administrative tasks to ensure compliance
* Contribute to the team's preparation for achieving and maintaining a high level of service
* Administration duties
* Answer, divert and assist in all telephone requests.
* Audio Typing
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy is expected
* To be able to copy type to a specific format and template

The ideal candidate will be hands on and happy to help out in all areas such as setting up for client meetings, making drinks for clients and will be expected to take it in turns to empty the dishwasher and lock up/ set the room back to normal after a meeting.

About You in the role of Part time Secretary:

* Ability to compile information and data and distribute to internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information
* IT skills including word processing and spreadsheets
* Present consistent and coherent messages to internal and external
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
* Copy typing
* Audio Typing
* Confident on Excel and all Microsoft programmes
